Terms of Service
1. The software
Socheli's published packages (@socheli/cli, @socheli/sdk, @socheli/mcp, @socheli/api) are open source under the MIT license. The engine core opens with the public launch under an open-core model: free to self-host; optional commercial extensions and hosting are licensed separately. The license text governs; this page summarizes.
2. Your responsibilities
You run Socheli on your own devices, with your own accounts and your own API keys. You are responsible for:
- the content you generate and publish, and its compliance with applicable law;
- compliance with the terms of service of every platform you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others);
- the security of your own machines, tokens, and keys.
3. The gates
Socheli is built around human approval gates: publishing requires your explicit approval unless you deliberately enable an autonomous mission, and genome (brand memory) mutations require your approval. You operate the fleet; the software prepares work up to the gate.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Socheli to spam, to deceive platforms or people, to violate others' rights, or to break the law. Automated posting may violate some platforms' terms; review them before enabling autonomous publishing on a given platform.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of the software. (This is the MIT license's own language; it governs.)
6. Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published at this URL with an updated effective date.
